  Charges are payable to host in cash, U.S. personal checks or traveler's checks.

  All rates include morning refreshment of juice, fresh fruit, cereal, sweet bread or muffins, served between eight and eight-thirty a.m. Late Sleepers will be offered juice, coffee and a muffin only.

 A two night minimum is preferred. Road Race weekend in August is a minimum of two nights.

 Check-in is 3:00pm. Any other arrivals are by appointment. I cannot promise to be here unless an arrival time is established.

 Check-out time is 11:00am. 

 Rates are subject to change except on confirmed reservations.

 No state or local room taxes are required.

 No pets are accepted; your host can recommend a nearby kennel.

 We regret we have no facilities for children under six.

 Family bookings with children accepted for whole house bookings at the discretion of the innkeeper.

 This is a non-smoking bed and breakfast.

Deposits and Prepayments

 A prepayment is required for a one or two night stay.

 A stay of three or more nights requires a fifty percent (50%) deposit.

 Deposits and prepayments are due within seven days of the reservation and balance due, if any, is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

 

For cancellations, if notification is given at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, then the deposits or prepayments, less $25 cancellation fee, for each night booked, are refunded.  If reservations are canceled less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, deposits, less $25 cancellation fee, are refunded only if accommodations can be rebooked for the canceled days.   One night stays are non-refundable.
